There is no greater love than that someone would lay down his life for his friends. Jesus lived a perfect life and died to pay the price of our sins because he loved us.
John 15:13 “Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.”
Jesus indeed died for us, but he did more than die. He conquered death itself and rose from the grave.
