COMPASSION Psalm 79:8-9


Psalm 79 verses 8 & 9
"Do not remember against us our former iniquities; let your compassion come speedily to meet us, for we are brought very low. Help us, O God of our salvation, for the glory of your name; deliver us, and atone for our sins, for your name's sake!"

Matthew 14:14
"When he [Jesus] went ashore he saw a great crowd, and he had compassion on them and healed their sick."

Matthew 20:34
"And Jesus in pity touched their eyes, and immediately they recovered their sight and followed him."

Matthew 9 veses 35 & 36
"And Jesus went throughout all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom and healing every disease and every affliction. When he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd."
